1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the ikea888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. ikea888 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of any provision of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ikea888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ikea888 supports the following payment methods, subject to availability: FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost eWallet.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: ikea888 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 30 to 60 minutes of approval, subject to verification requirements and payment processor availability. Times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Verification Requirements: Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ikea888 may require documentary proof of identity and payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated in MYR. No currency conversion is applied. No undisclosed fees are charged by ikea888 on deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own charges.

5 Betting Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses across multiple accounts constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ikea888 Platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and game content, is the property of ikea888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ikea888.

The ikea888 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of ikea888 and may not be used without express written authorisation.

9 Limitation of Liability

Upon account closure, any remaining balance subject to verification requirements will be returned to your designated payment method following completion of any applicable verification processes.
